The OMG PD twist: The man, , rammed his car into a flag pole on West Main Street and took off on foot before later being located by police.

The OMG PD twist: The man, , was arrested by Troop C for domestic violence charges while the woman, Maria Cortes, was arrested by the Vernon Police Department as a result of an evading collision that led to the incident.

The case: A Hartford man was arrested for breach of peace and interfering with an officer after an incident at the West Hartford town hall.
The OMG PD twist: The man, , had entered the town hall after his car apparently ran out of gas. He was allowed to use the phone and then caused a disturbance, frightening employees.
