Warrant Arrest

Melica Lynn Bloom, 19, of 894 Middle Tpke., turned herself in to Police on an active arrest warrant. Bloom was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief and three counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant Arrest

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested by Connecticut State Police at on an active arrest warrant. The juvenile was charged with escape from custody.

DUI Arrest

Jeannine Metivier, 22, of 75 Quercus Ave., Willimantic, was arrested by state police on Route 195 and charged with speeding, operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Larceny Arrest

Margaret R. James, 53, of 7 Horsehill Rd., Ashford, was arrested by state police at Kohl’s Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

DUI Arrest

Giovannys Colon, 22, of 47 Bond St., Hartford, was arrested by campus police on Mansfield Road and charged with two first offenses – possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, failure to drive right, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and distracted driving.

DUI Arrest

Alexander J. Golden, 23, of 112 Boston Tpke., Willington, was arrested by state police on Stearns Road and charged with speeding, operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle.

State police responded to Highland Road to investigate a larceny complaint. The complainant told police that numerous items valued at a total of $700 were taken from her vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop C.

Report

State police responded to Mansfield City Road to investigate a larceny complaint. According to police, the rear window was smashed to gain entry to the residence and numerous items of jewelry were taken. The case is currently under investigation.

Ronald W. Kelly, 69, of 29 Bundy Ln. was arrested by state police on an active arrest warrant.

Arrest

Kristin L. Gardiner, 44, of 115 Gurleyville Rd., was arrested by state police on 4 Storrs Heights Rd. and charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.
