Brendan Francis Hasson, 52, of 12219 Royal Palm Blvd., Coral Springs, FL, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with operating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle.
