Snapshot: UConn Celebrates Connecticut Farms
UConn chefs headed to Jones Family Farm in Shelton earlier this month to showcase their talents.
The University of Connecticut Department of Dining Services recently attended the Celebration of Connecticut Farms, a benefit for Connecticut Farmland Trust.
Resident Chef David Brann and Executive Peter Gorman from Unquowa School in Fairfield along with Robert Landolfi and Heidi Slater from UConn participated in the event at Jones Family Farm in Shelton on Sept. 11.
