A Cappella Competition on Saturday!

After receiving such a successful turnout last year, the UConn Chordials have decided to host their spring a cappella invitational again! This exciting invitational will feature a variety of talented a cappella groups from UConn and other Connecticut colleges and universities, as well as an incredible performance by the students of Mansfield Middle School. A first place prize, as well as a runner-up prize, will be awarded to the top two groups by our judges at the end of the show! The Spring Off will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Holiday Hill Day Camp in Mansfield, CT.! Exact start times will be announced soon, but plan on arriving around 6pm for now. Holiday Hill is only a short drive from the UConn Storrs campus and is located just off of Route 195 in Mansfield! Admission will be $5 for audience members. Children 10 years and younger will be allowed into the show for free! Refreshments will be sold at the event...more details to be determined soon :) Holiday Hill Day Camp is generously donating its beautiful camp to us for the evening, for the second year in a row, and we (the Chordials) as well as the Hamlin family (camp owners) are happy to be donating proceeds to the Holiday Hill Scholarship fund to send a child to summer camp! We invite everyone to join us for some great music, food, and raffles!
