1. Cavey's in Manchester, located at 45 East Center St., will be serving dinner in their Modern French and Northern Italian -inspired restaurants on Sunday, Feb. 13 and on Valentine's Day.
2. Tosca in Suffield, located at 68 Bridge St., is offering a three course dinner and glass of wine special for $25 in a "rustic" Italian atmosphere on Valentine's Day.

3. Altnaveigh Inn and Restaurant in Storrs, located at 957 Storrs Rd., is featuring a dinner for two special on Friday, Feb. 11 and Saturday, Feb. 12. Reservations are heavily recommended.
4. The Adams Mill in Manchester, located at 165 Adams St., has lighter fare like Penne a la Vodka and Turkey Fillet starting at $7.99. In addition, baked stuffed lobster tail & prime rib, veal maison and seafood alfredo are on their special Valentine's Day menu for $15 - $23.

5. The Nutmeg Restaurant and Banquet Facility in East Windsor, located at 297 South Main St., will open especially for Valentine's Day and will be featuring a special Valentine's Day menu.
