Mansfield

William R. Adams transferred the property at 156 Stafford Rd. to Richard A. Cheney and Leslie L. Cheney for $42,000.

Mansfield Village LLC transferred the property at 91 Chaffeeville Rd. Lot #16 to Christy Raffa for $49,900.

Martha A. Fraenkel transferred the property at 56 Farmstead Rd. to Xiuling Lu and Jun Han for $270,000.

Friedemann Bartsch and Alison Quarto transferred the property at 17 Wildwood Rd. to Friedemann Bartsch.

Charles A. Lowe transferred the property at 12 Olsen Dr. to Janet A. Lowe.
