Storrs Center was recently recognized as 'Project of the Year' by the Construction Management Association of America, (CMAA) New England Chapter.
Erland Construction earned the award for the under $30 million category, according to a news release.
Phase 1A of the Storrs Center project included two, five-story buildings with a mix of commercial and residential space.
Phase 1B of the project is currently underway.
