Storrs Center Alliance and Education Realty Trust, together with Erland Construction, will be hosting a job fair today, Jan. 12, for those interested in gaining employment in the construction of the first phases of Storrs Center.
The event, scheduled for 7:30-8:30 p.m., will be held in the gymnasium of the .

Representatives from a number of subcontracting companies will make themselves available to meet and talk with residents about their companies and the job opportunities available to them.
Residents are encouraged to use the time to network with employers and interact with fellow job-seekers.

- Construction of Phase 1A buildings: May 2011 – July 2012
- Construction of Phase 1B buildings: April 2012 – July 2013
- Dog Lane Construction: Jan. 2012 – June 2012
- Storrs Road Enhancements: Jan. 2012 – Aug. 2012
- Parking Garage Construction: Oct. 2011 – Aug. 2012
- Intermodal Transportation Center Construction: June 2012 – Jan. 2013
