Hurricane Irene has come and gone, but if you’re one of the 5,795 Connecticut Light & Power customers (88 percent) in Mansfield without power as of 1 p.m. Monday, you might be looking for a hot meal, some cash from the ATM and those coveted D Batteries to power up your flashlights.

  •  on Middle Turnpike in Storrs – The store receives a shipment on Friday, but employees were unable to confirm whether D batteries would be on the trucks.
  • on Rte. 195 in Mansfield– The store receives a shipment on Wednesday, but employees were unable to confirm whether D batteries would be on the trucks.
