1. SHALL THE TOWN OF MANSFIELD APPROPRIATE $400,000 FOR REDESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WALKWAY ON SOUTH EAGLEVILLE ROAD, AND AUTHORIZE THE ISSUE OF BONDS AND NOTES IN THE SAME AMOUNT TO DEFRAY SAID APPROPRIATION?
