Mansfield Under Freeze Watch

The first freeze of the season is on its way, according to a report from the National Weather Service.

Mansfield is under a freeze watch from after midnight Friday, Oct. 12 through Saturday morning, Oct. 13, according to the National Weather Service.

The first freeze will likely bring temperatures in the lower 30s, according to the weather alert. A hard freeze could kill sensitive crops and vegetation.
