Coventry Regional Farmers' Winterfresh Market Swap

The Coventry Regional Farmers' Market moves indoors starting Sunday November 18, and so do their handmade, homegrown and handcrafted swap events. CRFM Swappers meets approximately once a month to exchange goods they make, grow or craft themselves. The swap starts at 10am - an hour before the market. Swappers have time to set up their wares, check out the other goods, and make offers. Participants fill out tags that explain what they brought and leave room for interested parties to offer what they brought. It is sort of like a silent auction, except the offers are not binding.

Time: Starting at 10:00am.

Location: Park at Coventry High School. Come for the swap, stay for the market! If we are in a new location or the swap is cancelled, a reminder will be posted on our Facebook Page. We will have tables set up exclusively for swappers down the hallway in front of you when you come inside. Drop off your goods, stick around to swap, and then do the rest of your market shopping!

Format: We will pass out tags for each item to be swapped. (Overall event description similar to other swap events here.) Swapping will end once all the items are swapped. Please feel free to print and fill out your tag ahead of time here. Reminder: ONE TAG PER ITEM YOU WANT TO SWAP! This means if you bring two jars of jam, you need to fill out two tags. It is up to you whether you want to combine two jars of jam to swap for one item (i.e. a dozen eggs) later - each swapper determines the value of the items in their trades.
