In the practice of yoga we are often guided in classes to look at where we can soften, engage, or find our fullest expression of a pose. Through this workshop you will explore how the use of props can create a deeper, more profound experience allowing for movements into postures with an enhanced sense of strength and flexibility. We will be using blocks, straps, blankets and walls to explore postures in new ways, including using props as a means for the body to reduce tension and strain in restorative poses. Discover a new appreciation of props along with improved body alignment. This engaging workshop is informative and celebratory for yoga practitioners of all levels.
