This is where yoga begins. This class is offered to the novice yogi as well as those with more knowledge that want to get back to basics. If you have never tried yoga, this is where you want to be. More emphasis is placed on proper posture alignment and breathing in ways that you were not aware. All of these things help to bring you to a place of understanding not only the idea of starting a yoga practice, but also a place of curiosity about your concept of your own limitations. There is more hands on assists in this class. The only requirement is your open mind.
