If you have never tried yoga but have thought about it, come to our Yoga Basics class every Saturday at 10:30. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing, and techniques. We teach you to connect with yourself as you may never have before. There is so much to be stressed about in our daily lives, and so much info that comes at us. Why not take a little time for you to relax, stretch and rejuvenate? PLUS if you have never been to Storrs Yoga before, we offer 3 classes for $30 as a new student intro! So come and join us, everyone is welcome!
