Flu clinic

Flu Clinic at Mansfield Middle School will be held Tuesday September 27 from 2:30 to 6p.m., in the cafeteria.

VNA East, Inc will offer SEASONAL Flu immunizations (flu shots and flu mist) for students of Mansfield Middle School and their families. Consent forms and vaccine information forms are available at the VNA East, Inc. Website: www.vnaeast.org and will be available the day of the clinic. 

Insurance accepted:  Husky(Children only), Anthem, Connecticare, and Aetna

Cost for adults if no insurance:  Flu Shot $30  FluMist $35 (Cash or check)
