TNOP Inc. transferred the property at Nos. 17-29 King Hill Rd. (SE Corner of Eagleville Road and Hunting Lodge Road) to the University of Connecticut.
While the selling price was not listed on property records, UConn's The Daily Campus reports that the property, commonly known as “Farmer Brown's” and “X Lot”, sold for $3.8 million, and may become the site of a new campus recreation facility.
