George A. Ducharme, 73, beloved husband of Shirley (Dunnack) Ducharme, of Storrs, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014, at Hartford Hospital.
He was born in New London on March 4, 1941, to the late Frederick and Lillian (Taylor) Ducharme. Besides his wife, George is survived by his children: Joellen Ducharme Rodriguez and her husband David; Cara Hite; Jennifer Bonomi and her husband James; Jamie Charron and her husband Seth; his grandchildren; Johnny, Aimee, Hunter, Cody and Liam.
Relatives and friends may join the family for a memorial service on Saturday, May 31, at 11 am at the Coventry-Pietras Funeral Home, 2665 Boston Turnpike, Route 44, in Coventry. Burial will be private.
