October 27, 2011: A Reception, Party and Classes

Here are five reasons you should get out and about town today.

1. Today will be cloudy with rain and a high near 45, according to reports from the National Weather Service.

2. The  is hosting an opening reception for from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the museum. The event is free and open to the public.

3. The Lutz Children's Museum in Manchester is hosting a . The event will be held from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. The fee is $12 for members and $14 for non-members.

5. You can head on over to the  for their 8:30 a.m.  Class. The session combines a variety of underwater exercises utilizing the deep and shallow ends of the pool. The class runs $59-$64 for members and $79-$86 for non-members.
