Manchester Police Blotter: Nov. 14 - Nov. 16

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Nov. 16, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Nov. 16

Fernando Gayle, 28, of 22 Harrison St. in Hartford, was arrested after an investigation by the East Central Narcotics Task Force and charged with possession of more than 4 oz of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. He was held in lieu of $150,000 surety bond. 

Nov. 15

Guthrie U. Anikienko, of no certain adress, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. at the corner of Buckland Street and the I-84 Exit 63 off-ramp on charges of violation of probation, second-degree failure to appear and disorderly conduct after police say he was soliciting at the intersection. He was held in lieu of $30,000 bond.

Richard A. Munn, who police say live in a tent city in town, was arrested on a charge of second-degree breach of peace after police say he pushed another individual to the ground. He was held in lieu of $500 bond.

Nov. 14

Ryamond L. Rodriguez, of 15 Alton St. in Manchester, was arrested at 7:00 p.m. on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

SO is the blotter from November 9th not going to be released showing that former Board of Education member Merrill Kidd was arrested for disorderly conduct?

I also asked about the blotter from the 9th and was told they would look into still nothing posted.
