God bless Dr. Kelly. As the media releases have explained previously, his exam revealed no evidence of the alleged assault therefore there was nothing to report except here say. Due diligence was to conduct and evaluation - which he did. With no physical evidence, it would be liable for him to make such false allegations via third party reports - thus leaving the decision to the parent who brought the child to the office for the exam. Has anyone questioned whether or not this person filed a report, followed through, or even found objective evidence that such an assault occurred?
