Arrest

William Thibodeau, 22, of 174 Mansfield Ave., Willimantic, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Conantville Road and charged with obstructing an investigation, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

DUI Arrest

Heath J. Howlett, 34, of 55 Spak Rd., Willington, was arrested by state police on Merrow Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.
