John Francis Kelly, 51, of 482 East St., Plainville, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with traveling unreasonably fast and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

DUI Arrest
Christopher Ohanion, 21, of 33 Kidderbrook Rd., Ashford, was arrested by state police on Route 89 in Mansfield and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right, improper hand signaling for turns or stopping, failure to have tail lamps lit and illegal possession of a narcotic.
Warrant Arrest
Rebecca Long, 27, of 44 Tolland Ave., Stafford, turned herself in to Troop C on an active arrest warrant. Long was charged with fifth-degree larceny and two counts of sixth-degree larceny resulting from a larceny investigation at Petco in Mansfield.
