7/7/13

Warrant Arrest

Jon M. Chahanovich, 32, of 149 Old Turnpike Rd., Quinebaugh, was arrested by state police on an active arrest warrant stemming from an incident at CVS in Mansfield. Chahanovich was charged with obtaining drugs illegally, narcotics kept only in their original container, second-degree larceny, identity theft, criminal impersonation and second-degree forgery.

Larceny Arrest

Linda Routhier, 59, of 277 Lake Rd., Andover, was arrested by state police at Kohl’s Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Larceny Arrest

A 17-year-old youthful offender was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with possession of a controlled substance, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Larceny Arrest

Maliha Niazi, 67, of 9 Skyline Dr., North Windham, was arrested by state police at TJ Maxx in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Arrest

Edward Earl Spain, 47, of 10 Crystal Rd., North Windham, was arrested by state police on Rout 6 in Mansfield and charged with insurance coverage failing the minimum requirements and operating a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked.

Arrest

Michael McAllister, 38, of 656 Chaffeville Rd., was arrested by state police at his residence and charged with interfering with an officer.

Report

Mansfield Resident State Troopers were dispatched to Samuel Lane for a criminal mischief complaint. According to a police report, the complainant’s rear window of her vehicle had been smashed. There are no witness or suspects at this time.
