Andrew J. Simonow, 27, of 6 West Ave., East Hampton, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on an active arrest warrant. Simonow was charged with third-degree larceny in relation to an incident on Thompson Road.

Alexander P. Zacharie, 21, of 16 Clearview Dr., was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with traveling unreasonably fast and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Kenneth Charles Giambruno, 28, of Main St., Willimantic, was arrested by state police at Kohl’s Department Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
