Mansfield Resident State Troopers to Host Holiday Toy Drives

The toys will be distributed to local children and charities in and around Mansfield.

Join the Mansfield Resident State Trooper’s Office in the spirit of giving as troopers host two holiday toy drives in December.

Starting Monday, Dec. 3, a Connecticut State Police cruiser will be parked in front of the Mansfield Community Center to collect new, unwrapped toys through December 7 for kids in need.

The “Stuff a Cruiser Holiday Toy Drive," a statewide policing effort, will be held Saturday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. at the East Brook Mall.

Donated new, unwrapped toys will be distributed to Social Services agencies in the immediate area.

"Troopers are once again looking forward to working with the citizens of
our great state of Connecticut for the success of this year’s Toy Drive," Lt. J. Paul Vance said in a prepared statement.
