OMG PD: Disorderly Conduct & an Arrest at a Sandwich Shop
A look at some remarkable police cases from Connecticut State Police Troop C Barracks.
The Case: Linda Nosal, 44, of 99 Rose Haven Rd., Somers, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Rose Haven Road and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
The OMG PD Twist: On September 9, state police were dispatched to Rose Haven Road for the report of “loud screaming,” according to a police report. When police arrived, they found the property in "disarray," according to a police report. Following an investigation, police found that Nosal had tipped over her boyfriend's motorcycle during an argument, causing minor damage to the bike, police said. Nosal was released on $1,000 bond. She is scheduled to next appear in Rockville Superior Court on October 17.

The Case: Matthew P. Bray, 31, of 69 University Rd., Brookline, MA, was arrested by state police on Merrow Road in Tolland and charged with breach of peace.
The OMG PD Twist: On September 6, State Police were dispatched to in Tolland for the report of a male who was “intoxicated, drinking in the store and was exposing himself,” according to a police report. Police found Bray with an unopened beer bottle and “improperly dressed wearing no under garments,” according to a police report. Police said Bray was “belligerent” and “uncooperative” and was subsequently arrested. Bond was set at $1,000. Bray is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on September 25.
