The Case: John M. Vavra, 26, of 10 Grove St., Apt. B, Dover, NH, was arrested by state police on Exit 66 East in Vernon and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane, drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with an officer.
The OMG PD Twist: On July 31, Connecticut State Police pulled over the vehicle Vavra was operating in order to conduct a traffic stop, according to a police report.
