Police Arrest Coventry Man Armed With a Machete In His Home
Police were called to a domestic disturbance.
Police in one Connecticut town responded to a domestic disturbance at a home early Saturday morning. But what made this call a little different is the suspect was armed with a machete, NBC Connecticut reports.
But fortunately the victim made it out of the house safely and police were able to take Richard Estell Jr., 48, of Mohegan Trail, into custody without incident, NBC reports.
Estell was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
