Warrant Arrest

Armand Provancher, 52, of 574 Browns Rd. was arrested by Connecticut State Police at his residence on an active arrest warrant. Provancher was charged with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions, operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right and second-degree assault with a motor vehicle.

Arrest

Kevin J. Ziegler, 22, of 26 Ash Ave., Willimantic, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on North Eagleville Road and charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Larceny Arrest

Campus police issued an arrest warrant was issued for Leslaw Kozbinski, 58, of 6 Iris Way, Berlin. Kozbinski is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

DUI Arrest

Gerardo Manuel Heredia, 34, of 180 Laurel St., South Windsor, was arrested by state police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of less than half an ounce of a controlled substance.

DUI Arrest

Jordan Ross Toomajon, 20, of 2314 Heron Dr., Ridgefield, WA, was arrested by campus police on Horsebarn Hill Road and charged with criminal impersonation, failure to heave headlights lit, interfering with an officer and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Arrest

Michael Mudrik, 20, of 2956 Brighton 5th St., Brooklyn, NY, was arrested by campus police on Alumni Quad and charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Arrest

Sean Michael Fontneau, 21, of 52 Buck Hill Rd., Madison, was arrested by campus police on Gilbert Road and charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Ravin Rampertab, 21, of 18 Nepaug St., Hartford, was arrested by campus police on Gilbert Road and charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Zachary A. Popadin, 20, of 9 Cemetery Rd., Stafford Springs, was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with failure to carry a license, operating a vehicle as a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content and failure to drive upon right.

DUI Arrest

Chelsea Nguyen, 19, of 68 Bull Ave., Wallingford, was arrested by state police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with insurance coverage failing the minimum requirements, speeding infraction, operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and a stop sign violation.

DUI Arrest

Ryan Patemoster, 21, of 412 Summer Hill Rd., Madison, was arrested by state police on Hunting Heights Road and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle.

Report

A Willimantic resident reported to state police that his registration marker plate  on his 1993 Buick had been stolen off the front of his vehicle while parked unoccupied in the East Brook Mall parking lot. The case is currently under investigation.
