DUI Arrest
Kevin Andrew Engel, 18, of 345 Woodland St., Manchester, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Project Service Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license/registration, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and unsafe movement of a stopped/standing/parked motor vehicle.

Joshua Ryan Namnoum, 20, of 70 Stephen Dr., Meriden, was arrested by campus police in College Square Parking Lot and charged with failure to have headlights lit, operating a motor vehicle with registration/license suspended/revoked and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

George John Morris, 20, of 110 Johnson Rd., East Montpelier, was arrested by campus police on Route 195 and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana (first offense), carrying a dangerous weapon and drug paraphernalia.
Arrest
Alfred Masse, 41, of 182 Conantville Rd., was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Ledgebrook Drive and charged with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of a marker/license/registration, insurance coverage failing the minimum requirements, operating a motor vehicle when registration or licenses is suspended/revoked, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
