, 30, of 103 Tuckie Rd., Windham, was arrested by Connecticut State Police at the Mobil Xtra Mart in Mansfield and charged with voyeurism with intent to arouse sexual desire, importing child pornography material and possessing child pornography.

Arrest
Alicia Lynn Miller, 23, of 72 Boston Post Rd., Apt. 116, Willimantic, was arrested by state police on an outstanding arrest warrant for an incident on Hunters Run. Miller was charged with risk of injury to child, first-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
