DUI Arrest

Katy Persutti,19, of 215 Fishing Brook Rd., Westbrook, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Cedar Swamp Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle.

DUI Arrest

Christopher D. Gutierrez, 24, of 1570 New Haven Ave., Milford, was arrested by campus police at Dick’s Auto and charged with failure to drive right and operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Arrest

Kenneth Frederick Judge, 19, of 1288 Storrs Rd., was arrested by campus police on Rte. 195 in Storrs and was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree forgery.

DUI Arrest

Steven M. Mallqui, 23, of 850 Newfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested by campus police on Gilbert Road for failure to drive right and operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

DUI Arrest

Julia Denise Veilleux-Tardif, 19, of 495 Pleasant Valley Rd., South Windsor, was arrested by state police on Rte. 44 in Mansfield and charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle.

Arrest

A juvenile was arrested by state police at his Mansfield residence and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

DUI Arrest

Shannon Marvel, 25, of 23 Nollet Rd., was arrested by state police at I-84 Exit 69 in Tolland and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane/multiple-lane highway.

Fabian Amadeo-Aponte, 20, of 37 Brookline Dr., West Hartford, was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with failure to carry a license, speeding, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle by a minor having an elevated blood alcohol content and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle.
