Warrant Arrest

Kellen Brine, 22, of 300 Spring Hill Rd., turned himself in to Connecticut State Police Troop C on an active arrest warrant. Brine was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

DUI Arrest

Andrew Christopher Usher, 23, of 5 West Rd., North Haven, was arrested by Police on South Eagleville Road and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to drive right and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

DUI Arrest

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle and drug paraphernalia.

Arrest

Christopher P. Thai, 20, of 3 Club House Cl., was arrested by campus police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with failure to obey a stop sign, three counts of first-degree forgery, left lane restriction, operating a vehicle with registration/license suspended/revoked, sale/use/possession of fireworks, traveling at an unreasonable speed and weapons in a motor vehicle.

William D. Hammon, 62, of 278 Gilead Rd., Andover, was arrested by state police on Route 44 in Mansfield and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide-load vehicle.

Kevin Joseph Gibeault, 20, of 316 Allen Hill Rd., Brooklyn, was arrested by campus police at Water Towers UConn and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Collin David Adkins, 20, of 60 Fitzgerald Rd., Brooklyn, was arrested by campus police at Water Towers UConn and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Jeffrey Charles Wolfenden, 21, of 325 Grissom Rd., Manchester, was arrested by campus police on North Eagleville Road and charged with failure to have headlights lit and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

DUI Arrest

Jessica R. Bogart, 22, of 6 Anton Rd., was arrested on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with failure to obey a stop sign and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
