Connecticut State Police report that in Mansfield has seen numerous baby formula thefts in the last month. The incidents are currently under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop C at 860-896-3222, ext. 8088.

Loss Prevention personnel at the  in Mansfield “observed via CCTV a white female successfully steal a large amount of baby formula,” according to a police report. Police have developed a suspect and an arrest will be made once a warrant is completed, according to a police report.

Loss Prevention personnel at the  in Mansfield “observed via CCTV a white suspect successfully steal a large amount of baby formula,” according to a police report. Police say the same individual was seen taking baby formula from the Big Y Supermarket in Manchester two days earlier. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop C at 860-896-3222, ext. 8088.

Drug Arrest

Matthew Goodkin, 20, of 25 Winchester Dr., North Haven, was arrested by Police on North Eagleville Road and charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

DUI Arrest

Amy Lynn Labas, 36, of 426 Allen St., New Britain, was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with failure to renew regulation operation/tow unregistered motor vehicle/false statement on motor vehicle registration, failure to carry a license and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Larceny Arrest

A 17-year-old juvenile turned himself in to the Mansfield Resident State Trooper Office after an investigation into the theft of a “Wounded Warriors” donation box located at . The juvenile was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

DUI Arrest

Conor Gerard McCarthy, 23, of 165 North St., Stamford, was arrested by campus police on Separatist Road and charged with failure to drive right, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and a stop sign violation.

Report

State police are currently investigating damage to the first floor bedroom window of an apartment on South Eagleville Road, according to a police report.

DUI Arrest

Sean P. Halbruner, 23, of 55 Trumbel St., Hartford, was arrested by state police on Birch Road and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to have headlamps lit.

Warrant Arrest

Tyler George Heckman, 19, of 74 Terry Ln., Rocky Hill, turned himself in to the UConn Police Department on an active arrest warrant. Heckman was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

DUI Arrest

Catherine Cooney, 55, of 60 Chambers St., Manchester, was arrested by state police on Mansfield City Road and charged with evading responsibility of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

2/24/12

Larceny Arrest

Glenn B. Teal, 48, of 877 Main St., Windham, was arrested by state police at TJ Maxx in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Arrest

Mariam Khan, 49, of 129 Forest Rd., was arrested by state police on Storrs Road and charged with evading responsibility of a motor vehicle. 

2/23/12

Warrant Arrest

Luis R. Rivera, 29, of 240 South Ridge Dr., Willimantic, turned himself in to the UConn Police Department on an active arrest warrant. Rivera was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Report

State police were dispatched to the Willimantic Police Department to investigate a disturbance that occurred at 133 Cedar Swamp Rd. The case is currently under investigation.
