Warrant Arrest
Andre Allen French, 21, of 156 Grove St., Torrington, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police in Torrington on an active arrest warrant. French was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree riot.

Amy L. Hallman, 23, of 64 Spring Manors Ln., turned herself in to Connecticut State Police Troop C on an active PRAWN warrant. Hallman was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
Arrest
Tiffney C. Lively, 21, of 62 Rice Rd., Broad Brook, and Timothy Taylor, 23, of 560 Chaffeeville Rd., were arrested by state police at the Chaffeeville residence. Lively was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct: no fight/no threat/no obstructing. Taylor was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing minor injury.

DUI Arrest
Simonedward J. Musa, 23, of 243 Lawrence St., Hartford, was arrested by state police in Mansfield and charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
