Julianna Soto, 22, of 71B Eastbrook Heights Rd., was arrested by state police at Kohl’s Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

The Mansfield Resident State Trooper’s Office responded to Mansfield City Road to investigate a larceny complaint. According to a police report, a state card had been taken from a residence there. A suspect has been developed, according to police. The incident is currently under investigation.
