Larceny Arrest
Meagan Adams, 18, of 16 Highland View Dr., South Windham, was arrested by Connectiut State Police at Kohl’s Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny

DUI Arrest
Philip John Pasco, 22, of 38 Partridge Ln., Burlington, was arrested by Police on Route 44 in Mansfield and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, driving right hand lane and operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Report
Troop C was dispatched to Knowlton Hill Road for the report that a vehicle had been broken into. A small black purse was taken from the vehicle, according to a police report. The incident is under investigation.
