Arrest

Roger Lee Gragg, 32, of 1601 E. 78th Ave., Denver, CO was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with failure to wear a seatbelt, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/simple assault, assault public safety/emergency medical personnel/capable of/causing minor injury, escape from custody, disorderly conduct: no fight/no threat/no obstructing and first-degree reckless endangerment/intimidation intended.

3/20/11

Arrest

Shane Patrick Kissman, 19, of 376 Providence Tpke., Hampton, was arrested by state police on Bassetts Bride Rd., and charged with failure to carry a license, operating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and disobeying forest and park hours of operation.

DUI Arrest

Lukas B. Wear, 20, of 5 Carol Ln., South Salem, NY, was arrested by state police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with reckless driving and operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Arrest

Kyle Langland Johnson, 19, of 35 Carter St., Bolton, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on North Eagleville Road and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Drug Arrest

Bashon Tyrike Whitley, 20, of 36 Hunting St., Hartford, was arrested by campus police in the Field House parking area and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of canibus/controlled substance, illegal manufacture, distribution, sale by non-drug dependent, possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics.

Robbery

According to a police report, Holiday Spirits, located at 1733 Storrs Rd., reported that a black male, approximately 6’1” with a black leather jacket and dark colored wind pants stole four bottles of alcohol from the shop. Police are currently investigating the incident and there is a suspect.

DUI Arrest

Esther Hye Shin, 21, of 46 Tuttle Ct., Bethany, was arrested by state police on an outstanding arrest warrant and charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right/at slow speed, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle on Storrs Road.

Arrest

Akheem Kawesi Christie, 21, of 120 Whitney St., Hartford, was arrested by campus police at the Field House parking area and was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

DUI Arrest

Eric Marcelino, 20, of 373 Cold Hw., Farmington, was arrested by campus police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with failure to drive right and operating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Arrest

Jack Carenzo Zachary, 18, of 20 Field Rd., Enfield, was arrested by campus police at the Farmington Grad Dormitory and charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree forgery.

Drug Arrest

Scott Francis Leone, 19, of 34 Raymond Rd., Guilford, was arrested by campus police in the Buckley Dormitory parking lot and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrest

Jordan S. Sullivan, 20, of 19 Sunbeam Dr., Trumbull, was arrested by campus police on Celeron Path and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.

Kelly Ann Ganley, 20, of 81 Arthur St., Bridgeport, was arrested by campus police at 125 North Eagleville Rd. and charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and possession of alcohol by a minor.

DUI Arrest

Walter E. Parsell, 18, of 440 Mansfield City Rd., was arrested by campus police on Hillside Road and charged with driving the wrong way and operating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

DUI Arrest

James Nandal Prasad, 19, of 85 Doges Promendade, Lindenhurst, NY, was arrested by campus police in F Lot and charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, evading responsibility, second-degree forgery and operating while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Arrest 

Craig John Hayes, 21, of 173 W. Mountain Rd., West Simsbury, was arrested by campus police at 125 North Eagleville Rd. and charged with procuring alcohol for a minor.

DUI Arrest

Alanna Leigh Palladino, 20, of 94 New Haven Ave., Waterbury, was arrested by campus police on Celeron Square Drive and charged with failure to drive right and operating while under he influence of drugs or alcohol.

Arrest

Alfred Mason Chock, 21, of 15 Corliss Way, Hampstead, NH, was arrested by campus police at Ted’s Package Store and charged with procuring alcohol for a minor.

3/16/11

Arrest

, 26, of 162 Jackson St., Willimantic, was transported from Corrigan Correctional Facility to Tolland Superior Court in Rockville where he was placed under arrest on an active arrest warrant issued by the court. McGuirk was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery in the first-degree, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal liability for robbery and criminal liability for sixth-degree larceny.
