Larceny Arrest
Miguel Angel Jara, 28, of 76 Bushnell St., Hartford, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Laurel Way and charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Justin Robert Heckman, 21, of 74 Terry La., Rocky Hill, was arrested by campus police in Staff Lot 9 and charged with operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Daniel Paul Baker, 24, of 24 Greenwood Ln, Shelton, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Chaffeeville Road and charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed/non-wide load vehicle.

Warrant Arrest
Andrew R. Froncillo, 18, of 3 Old Forge Rd., Barrington, RI, turned himself into the UConn Police Department on an active arrest warrant. Froncillo was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Tigran Badalian, 21, of 8 ½ Ridgeview Ave., Darien, was arrested by campus police at Marie Peters Apartments and charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Jason Michael Chapman, 22, of 80 Rocky Hill Rd., New Paltz, NY, was arrested by campus police at Marie Peters Apartments and charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
DUI Arrest
David S. Roe, 38, of Beebe Lane, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right except wide load vehicle.
Report
A resident of Storrs Heights Road reported to state police that he had received a threatening voice-mail on his telephone, according to a police report. The incident is currently under investigation.

John Dillon Simpson, 23, of 293 Laurel Rd., New Canaan, was arrested by campus police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with driving right hand lane, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle and operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Mitchell Delvecchio, 21, of 3 Pheasant Ln., Hamden, was arrested by state police on Carriage House Drive and charged with interfering with an officer/non-assaultive and breach of peace/non-assaultive and non-threatening.

Stephen D. Kirkwood, 21, of 6 Eagle Dr., New Milford, was arrested by state police on Carriage House Drive and charged with interfering with an officer and breach of peace.
