Arrest

David W. Burr, 53, of 32 London Rd., Hebron, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Mansfield Hollow Road and charged with second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Larceny Arrest

Christopher Vega, 21, of 97 West Ave., Willimantic, was arrested by state police at Kohl’s Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

DUI Arrest

Stephen Lee Coates, 32, of 10 Bettez St., West Warwick, RI, was arrested by state police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, restricted turns and sixth-degree larceny.

Larceny Arrest

Jose Afif, no age given, of 30 Boylston St., Warwick, RI, was arrested by state police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and criminal impersonation.

Benjamin Hawes Keller, 20, of 650 Gilead St., Hebron, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on an active arrest warrant. He was charged with two counts of second-degree mischief and eight counts of third-degree criminal mischief.
