Police Blotter: Vehicular Homicide Arrest Made, Multiple DUIs

Warrant Arrest

Charles E. Donnelly, 74, of 47 Boston Tpke., Willington, was arrested by Connecticut State Police under an arrest warrant from Tolland Superior Court in Rockville for a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on March 17, 2010 in Mansfield, according to police. Donnelly was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to drive right.

DUI Arrest

Michael Edward Kaiser, 21, of 1457 Thomas Mason Pl., Ballwin, MO, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with drug paraphernalia, operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and making a restricted turn or failing to signal.

DUI Arrest

Dylan Hines Dombrowski, 21, of 43 Burt Latham Rd., Willington, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed.

DUI Arrest

Brendan Chase Murphy, 19, of 179 Gilbert Rd., Watertown, was arrested by campus police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with failure to drive right and operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Ellen Bidwell, 53, of 15 Wake Robin Ln., Harwinton, was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with two counts of failure to carry certificate of registration/insurance, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right/at slow speed.

Christopher G. Milanesi, 21, of 41 Ellen Cl., Old Bridge, NJ, was arrested by state police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

Tyler Smith, 20, of 28 Cardinal Way, South Windsor, was arrested by campus police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with failure to drive right, failure to obey control signal, operation of a motor vehicle without a license and operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Brian Leitao Montiero, 20, of 148 Bennet Dr., Yonkers, NY, was arrested by campus police at Foster Hall and charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Andrew James Sullivan, 22, of 499 Winter St., North Andover, MA, was arrested by campus police at 19 Husky Cl. and charged with failure to drive right and operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Corey Fenn, 23, of 14 Putting Green Ln., Prospect, was arrested by campus police on Hunting Lodge Road and charged with failure to obey a stop sign and operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Martin K. Hairston, 20, of 12 Sioux Ln., West Hartford, was arrested by campus police on North Eagleville Road and charged with driving the wrong way down a one way street and operation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
