Troop C Blotter: Sept. 27 - Sept. 29

Mansfield 

Sept. 27

Olivia Devlvo, 20, of Newtown, was charged with failure to carry a license, speeding, a minor operating motor vehicle with an elevated blood alcohol content and failure to keep right, state police said. 
She was observed driving erratically at 1:37 a.m. on N. Eagleville Road, state police said.

At 1:12 a.m. on Route 44, Jennifer Lush, 18, of 19 Fulton Rd., Manchester, was observed driving erratically, state police said.
She was charged with DUI, speeding, and failure to drive in the proper lane.


Ellington

Sept. 28

At 1:32 a.m., Steven Palmer, 20, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, DUI and failure to have tail lamps, state police said.
He was stopped on Route 140 in Stafford, state police said.

State police are investigating a reported larceny at 11 Westland Dr. 
state police were summonsed to the resident at 4:50 p.m.

Sept. 29

At 1:52 a.m., a juvenile was observed traveling in excess of 50 mph in a posted 25 mph zone on Route 140, state police said. 
The juvenile was stopped and charged with traveling at an unreasonable speed, DUI, violation of passenger restrictions and violating midnight to 5 a.m. motor vehicle restrictions, state police said.

Tolland

Sept. 29
Christopher Grace, 41, of Willimantic, was charged with two counts of criminal impersonation and interfering, state police said. 

At 12:56 p.m. at the Fieldstone Commons shopping plaza, Marlon Rodgers, 37, was charged with risk of injury to a child, state police said.
State police said he allegedly left his 2-year-old son unattended in a car while completing some shopping at the Big Y supermarket.
