Police: Ashford Man Sexually Assaulted 14-Year-Old Mansfield Girl
Nathan Kehoe, 18, has been charged with statutory rape after he allegedly had consensual sex with a 14-year-old.
Sunday, state police have arrested an 18-year-old Ashford man with statutory rape after he allegedly had sex with a 14-year-old Mansfield girl.
Nathan Kehoe, 18, on Sunday was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree sexual assault involving consent and no force, or statutory rape, according to an arrest report. He lives at 94 Krapf Road in Ashford, police said. He is expected to appear in Rockville Superior Court today, according to an arrest report.
The report indicates that on June 17 at 11:04 p.m., troopers were dispatched to a residence on Stafford Road in Mansfield for a reported sexual assault. Troopers investigated the matter and determined there was probable cause to arrest Kehoe for having consensual sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl, according to an arrest report.
A warrant was then applied for at Rockville Superior Court, police said.
Kehoe surrendered at Troop C on Sunday at 3:50 p.m., according to an arrest report.
