Troop C Police Blotter: Dec. 17-20, 2013

Area arrests from the past few days, including those from Mansfield.

Arrest information is furnished by the state police Troop C barracks and does not indicate a conviction. 

Mansfield

Dec. 17

Robert J. Boulay, 32, 140 Church St., Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree  larceny after he was brought down from the Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center to Rockville Superior Court on Dec. 17 to be presented on a warrant. Boulay was held on a $15,000 and was turned back over to the State Marshal's Office.

Somers


Dec. 17

Jachim Brown, 23, 523 East main St., Bridgeport, was charged with assaulting a public safety officer after he was brought down from MacDougall Walker Correctional Institute in Somers to Rockville Superior Court on Dec. 17 to be presented on a warrant. Brown was held on a $50,000 bond and was turned back over to the State Marshal's Office.

Vernon

Dec. 19

Ghian G. Lucca, 20, 735 West Main St., Cheshire, was charged with speeding over 70mph, operating a car by a minor having an elevated blood alcohol content, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of over four ounces of marijuana after police pulled him over on I-84 westbound in Vernon on Dec. 19. Lucca was held on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 6.

Stafford

Dec. 17

Nicholas J. Haley, 21, 30 Converse St., Apt. B, Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance between siblings on Dec. 17. Raeann Haley, 23, of 30b Converse St., was charged with a breach of peace and a 17-year-old juvenile was also charged with a breach of peace. All three were due in Rockville Superior Court on Dec. 18.

Three juveniles were arrested on Dec. 17 after police responded to a domestic disturbance between siblings in Stafford. One was charged

Dec. 19

Farhan Ahmed Siddiqui, 28, 26 Palmer Road, Apt. C, Monson, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer after police said they responded to a suspicious incident in Stafford on Dec. 19. Siddiqui was held on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Eric D. Watkinson, 25, 158 East St., Stafford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after he was taken into custody from Industrial Park Drive in Stafford on Dec. 19. Watkinson was held on a $500 bond and is due in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 6, 2014.
