William Michael Graziano, 20, of 144 Sperry Dr., Guilford, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Buckley North and was charged with evading responsibility, failure to carry a certificate of registration/insurance ID and traveling at unreasonable speed.

Carlos Javier Flores Rivera, 20, of 884 Broad St., Hartford, was arrested by campus police and charged with second-degree breach of peace, three counts of criminal impersonation, falsely reporting an incident and interfering with an officer.

Griffin C Reid, 21, of 11 Valerie Dr., Bolton, was arrested by campus police on Tower Court and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
DUI Arrest
Christopher Fredrick Doucette, 22, of 5503 North Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL, was arrested by campus police on Storrs Road and charged with first offense – possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with first offense – possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and traveling at an unreasonable speed.
