Warrant Arrest

Ryan Vance Powell, 21, of 176 Rising Trail Dr., Middletown, turned himself in to University of Connecticut Police on an arrest warrant and was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

DUI Arrest

Taylor Marie Lanzit, 19, of 36 Morey Rd., Chaplin, was arrested by campus police on Gurleyville Road and charged with failure to drive right, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and traveling at an unreasonable speed.
