Drug Arrest
Benjamin Roehm Stacy, 20, of 20 Litchfield Pl., Rocky Hill, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on South Eagleville Road and charged with first offense – possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with first offense – possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana.
