Lulu Huang, 19, of Hillside Rd., was arrested by University of Connecticut Police at the Glenbrook Gentry Building on campus and charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Drug Arrest
David William Powell, 21, of 1 Fenwood Dr., Cromwell, was arrested by campus police on Hillside Circle and charged with drug paraphernalia near a school, failure to keep drugs in their original container, two counts of illegal manufacture, distribution, sale of cannabis, illegal manufacture, distribution, sale by non-drug dependent, illegal possession near a school, three counts of illegal possession of narcotics with intent to sell near a school, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hallucinogen, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory, possession of narcotics and a stop sign violation.
Larceny Arrest
Charles Leland Fischer Morgan, 18, of 8972 Renato St., San Diego, CA, was arrested by campus police on Hillside Road and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
